This Privacy Policy explains how Future Clients Now, LLC, doing business as Income Creator Pro ("Company," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our website, purchase our downloadable products, join our continuity email delivery, or communicate with us.

B. Payment information

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe and PayPal) and may include alternative payment methods (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay) depending on your device and checkout settings. We do not store full payment card numbers. Payment processors handle payment data according to their own policies.

C. Scheduling and calls (if you book a call)

If you book a call, we may collect scheduling details (name, email, appointment time) and information you provide in booking questions. Calls may take place via third-party conferencing tools.

D. Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we and our service providers automatically collect technical and usage data, including:

  • IP address
  • device/browser type
  • approximate location (derived from IP)
  • pages visited, referring pages, and basic usage logs
  • interaction data captured by analytics tools, such as mouse movements, clicks, scrolling, and how you navigate our pages

We use the following tools for this:

  • Systeme.io to host pages/checkout and deliver purchases (functional cookies and similar technologies)
  • Google Analytics to measure traffic and usage
  • Microsoft Clarity to understand on-page behavior (session analytics and heatmaps), which captures interactions such as clicks, mouse movement, and scrolling

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • Deliver purchased digital products and download links
  • Deliver continuity content (e.g., monthly kits delivered via email links, if purchased)
  • Send transactional messages (receipts, delivery, important updates)
  • Provide customer support
  • Measure, analyze, and improve our website, products, offers, and customer experience
  • Send marketing emails, including consulting invitations (you can unsubscribe anytime)
  • Protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents

  • Funnel/checkout + digital delivery: Systeme.io
  • Email marketing and email delivery: ActiveCampaign
  • Payment processing: Stripe, PayPal (and device-based wallet options they support)
  • Analytics: Google (Google Analytics) and Microsoft (Microsoft Clarity), acting as our service providers to measure and improve our site
  • Forms/surveys: Google Forms (Google)
  • Scheduling (now or later): TidyCal and/or Calendly
  • Video calls (now or later): Google Meet and/or Zoom
  • Professional advisors: legal/accounting/tax as needed
  • Authorities: if required by law or to protect rights/safety
  • Business transfers: if we merge, sell, or reorganize, information may be transferred as part of that transaction

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not run advertising pixels or targeted advertising at this time. If that changes in the future, we will update this policy and provide any opt-out required by law before we begin.

5. Email Marketing and Opt-Out

If you purchase a product or opt in, we may send you emails about:

  • access and delivery
  • continuity deliveries (if purchased)
  • related offers, including consulting

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails. If you unsubscribe, we may still send non-marketing messages needed to deliver purchases or respond to support.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website and service providers use cookies and similar technologies for:

  • essential functionality (e.g., checkout, security)
  • fraud prevention and abuse protection
  • analytics and measurement (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity)

  • delivering purchases and continuity items
  • maintaining business records (including tax/accounting)
  • resolving disputes and enforcing agreements

You may request deletion (see "Your Privacy Rights"), but we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method is 100% secure.

11. Your Privacy Rights

  • request a copy of certain information you provided to us (where applicable)

12. California Privacy Notice

California residents have the rights listed in Section 11 (access, correction, deletion), the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. 13. Virginia and Other State Privacy Rights

Some states (for example, Virginia) provide residents the right to opt out of processing for targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling, along with access, correction, and deletion rights. 14. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date when changes are posted.
